We want every price, rule and instruction on this site to be right. When something is wrong or out of date, we fix it.
How to report an error
Email hello@vaelolab.com with the page address and what you think is wrong. A link to the official source helps us check quickly.
What we do
- We check the claim against the original source.
- If it is wrong, we correct the page and update its date.
- If the error could have affected a decision, such as a wrong price or a rule, we add a short note at the end of the page saying what changed and when.
- Small fixes, such as typos or broken links, are corrected without a note.
