Questions
What kind of businesses is this for?
Any small business that wins customers locally or online: food and drink, beauty and wellness, home services, clinics, trades, retail and online shops. If you are just starting and have no website yet, we focus on what you do have and tell you what to set up first.
Do you need passwords or access to my accounts?
No. We only look at what a customer can see in public: your Google profile, website, reviews and social pages. You never share a login with us.
Is this just an automated scan?
No. Free scanners hand you a list of technical warnings. This report looks at your business as a whole, explains each finding in plain language and tells you what to do about it, using your answers about your customers and goals.
What if I do not have a website or social pages?
That is fine. Areas you have not set up yet get a short guide to the simplest way to start, instead of a score.
Will you try to sell me something afterwards?
No. The report is the product. If you later want template packs or video ads, they are on this website whenever you need them.
How do I pay and when do I get it?
By card through Stripe, in Canadian dollars. After paying you answer a 5 minute questionnaire, and your report arrives within 2 business days of receiving your answers.
